Does KnownBase read private messages? ▼

No. KnownBase only learns from channels you explicitly add it to. It never accesses DMs, private channels you haven't approved, or files outside Slack. You can remove it from any channel at any time.

Is our data used for training AI models? ▼

Never. Your data stays in your isolated workspace. We don't train models on customer data. We use commercially licensed LLMs (Gemini, Claude) with zero-retention data processing agreements.

Do we need to change how our team works? ▼
